Frequently Asked Questions.

Where Do You Deliver To?

We deliver to Saint Tropez, CannesJuan-Les-PinsAntibesSaint-Paul-de-VenceNice, Saint-Jean-Cap-FerratEzeMonacoMenton – all the Cote d’Azure. Please note that under certain circumstances and for large orders, we may be able to transport further afield.

How Do Deliveries Work?

We offer a Next Day delivery service. Please note that we are unable to offer timed deliveries. We deliver by courier and your flowers will be shipped in a box safely wrapped and with a small source of water. As flowers are perishable we can’t re-attempt delivery.

Do You Ever Substitute Flowers?

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh flowers and seasonal availability, there may be times where we might have to substitute flowers inside your bouquet. Manakin will always try to choose the next closest color and look at an equivalent, or greater value. If we feel that the final bouquet is very different and or we need to choose a different bouquet, we will always get in touch.

My Flowers Didn’t Arrive! What Do I Do?

If your flowers have not arrived by the end of the day, please contact us straight away by email at contact@manakinfleurs.com and we will check on the delivery status for you.

How Do I Take Care Of My Flowers?

To keep your flowers as fresh as possible we recommend trimming the stems at a 45° angle and putting them in cold fresh water straight away. Please don’t forget to change the water every few days to make sure the flowers stay their freshest longest. It’s important to keep them away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.

Which Flowers Are Not Safe Around Pets?

Some flowers are toxic to cats & dogs, so we advise you keep them away from your pet: Asparagus Fern, Lillies, Delphiniums, Tulips, Chrysanthemums, Peonies.
